Metastorm, Inc., based in Maryland, is the leading supplier of Business Process Management ("BPM") software to government and commercial markets. There are over 300 companies using its BPM solution, e-work, which has resulted in year-over-year growth averaging between 70 and 100 percent. The Company was founded in 1996 and remains a privately owned company.

Prior to founding Boston Corporate Finance, our professionals advised Metastorm in raising its first institutional round of financing. The Company received a total of $15 million in venture financing from Sandler Capital Management, Axiom Venture Partners, and Riggs Capital Partners, LLC.

BCF founding members helped Metastorm to develop a strategic investment thesis, create valuation benchmarks, identify and contact financiers, and structure and negotiate the terms of the financing.
