Impact Plus is a U.K.-based management consulting firm with vertical expertise in financial and public sector services. The addition of Impact Plus to Hitachi Consulting's existing consulting practices will give the global consulting firm an increased footprint into the European IT consulting market, while strengthening their own financial and public sector services offerings.

Iteration2 provides Microsoft Dynamics services and IT solutions. Through the acquisition of Iteration2, Hitachi Consulting has enhanced its Microsoft capabilities, an area within Enterprise Applicaton Software experiencing tremendous growth.

Through their work with Hitachi, Ltd. and Hitachi Consulting, Boston Corporate Finance has provided the following services:

• Co-developed acquisition benchmarks (strategic fit, financial size, geographic location) with client
• Identified, contacted and evaluated potential targets
• Valued targets and advised on pricing and structuring the transaction
