ATMI Case Study

ATMI, Inc., based in Danbury, Connecticut, is the leading provider of specialty materials and services to the worldwide semiconductor industry. ATMI's materials help to create the critical layers of semiconductor wafers and are essential in making successful current and next generation semiconductor chips.

Prior to founding Boston Corporate Finance, our professionals advised ATMI on three successful public offerings: a $12.3 million IPO; an $18.4 million follow-on offering; and a $160 million follow-on offering. In each of these transactions, our professionals worked closely with the client to help prepare it for the capital markets. Responsibilities included: preparing the company to be public from an organizational perspective; assisting in the preparation of all SEC-related documents; valuing the business and setting the price and structure for the offerings; producing various marketing information for the roadshows; facilitating meetings with prospective investors and organizing the roadshows for the client; and assisting with the pricing and the closing of the transactions.

As evidenced by these multiple transactions with ATMI, the professionals at Boston Corporate Finance are committed to establishing long-term relationships with their clients and advising them through all phases of their growth cycle.
