Ms. Palocz is a Vice President at Boston Corporate Finance. Ms. Palocz has over eighteen years of experience in negotiating and structuring international mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, strategic alliances, and joint ventures. Prior to founding Boston Corporate Finance, Ms. Palocz was a Director of Advest Capital, Inc. and was responsible for establishing a buyout fund to make corporate acquisitions. During her tenure at Advest, Ms. Palocz was a Director in Advest, Inc.'s Investment Banking Group, executing international mergers and acquisitions, raising capital for corporations in both the private and public equity markets, and performing business valuations and fairness opinions. Before joining Advest, Ms. Palocz was a Commercial Lending Officer at Bank of New England, and was responsible for arranging debt financing for middle market companies. Ms. Palocz began her career at Citicorp where she held multiple positions in the International Investment Management Group and the Corporate Information Systems Group. Ms. Palocz is fluent in French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Hungarian, and has lived and worked in Europe and South America. Ms. Palocz is a Series 7 and 63 Registered Representative with the NASD.
