Mr. LeBlanc is a Vice President at Boston Corporate Finance. Mr. LeBlanc has experience in providing financial analysis for merger valuations, investment grade and high yield debt raising, equity and equity-linked capital raising, derivative issuance and structured financings. Prior to joining Boston Corporate Finance, Mr. LeBlanc was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Transportation and Aerospace/Defense Group at Salomon Smith Barney. While at Salomon Smith Barney, Mr. LeBlanc participated in lead managed assignments with an aggregate value in excess of $30 billion. Mr. LeBlanc began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Asset Backed Securities Group at Prudential Securities, Inc. Previously, Mr. LeBlanc was a summer analyst at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. Mr. LeBlanc is a Series 7 and 63 Registered Representative with the NASD.
