Recent Update: Boston Corporate Finance Merges with TM Capital
New York, NY – January 7, 2008 –TM Capital Corp. (TM), one of the leading privately held investment and merchant banking firms in North America, and Boston Corporate Finance, Inc. (BCF), a technology-focused investment bank based in Westwood, MA, announced today that the firms have merged effective January 1, 2008. The combination creates a preeminent independent investment banking firm providing its global roster of clients with a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, financing and advisory services.
